Privacy Policy
Tickaboo collects no data about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no trackers, and no servers. Nothing you do in the app leaves your device.
What we collect
Nothing. Tickaboo does not gather, transmit, or store any personal information. The app has no login, sends no data over the network, and includes no advertising or analytics software.
Your photos
Tickaboo lets you place one of your own pictures behind the timer so it reveals as time runs out. When you choose a photo:
- The image is stored only on your device and used solely to display behind the timer.
- It is never uploaded, shared, or sent anywhere.
- You can remove or replace it at any time inside the app.
Tickaboo requests photo-library access only when you tap to add a picture. If you never add one, the app never asks.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Tickaboo schedules a local "time's up" alert on your device for when a timer finishes. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and are never sent through any external service.
Children
Tickaboo is designed to be safe for children. Because it collects no data, has no accounts, and contains no advertising, in-app purchases, or external links, there is nothing about a child (or anyone) for us to collect or share.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
